What about a section on soakers or add in's? and just a question, what is my time zone Hajo? I live in NY, USA!

There's nothing really to be calculated for soakers, just put grain & water together and wait. Dunno how I should put that into a calculator...

just was trying to find out about the part in the calculator that said time zone? Is that the time for when you want to bake or local time zone?

It's your local time zone. You will receive a series of meeting requests for your scheduling software, e.g. Outlook or your smartphone calendar. And these requests require your local time zone, otherwise you have to feed & bake as to my time zone -- that'd give you dinner-rolls rather than breakfast-rolls
