Soy un desastre incorregible haciendo queso, me podrás echar una manita y decirme cómo lo haces tú??
(Yo caliento la leche en el fuego hasta 37º, luego añado el cuajo, lo remuevo y luego no sé sila debo de mantener en el fuego, ni cúanto tiempo). Gracias!!
